DOUGLASS, Mary Elizabeth, age 62, of Allen Park, April 30, 2024. Beloved wife of Carl James Douglass Loving mother of Tiffany (Cody) Lilly. Dearest sister of Fay Sherman, Sheila (Darrell) Parker, Wanda (Keith) Adams, John Harding, Lisa Harding, and Sandra Dockeney. She is survived by her beloved family and friends Laurel (Jeremy Everett) Sherman, Vernon Harding, Keirstyn Harding, Stacey Fricke and her son, Ali Fricke, Miriam Sester Retorta, Anthony and Sharon Johnson and their children Alice and Jessie, Matt and Annette Flanagan, Debbie Milligan and Debra Marzka, brother-in-law, Mark (Nancy) Douglass amd niece Carla Douglass. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lena Margaret and Samuel King, brothers Charles and Samuel Harding, and her best friend Dawn Waite. Memorial contributions may be made to the Taylor Animal Shelter.

Dear Carl and family we are so sad to hear of the loss of your sweet Mary. Mary was a true treasure to all of us, her infectious smile and her warm hugs. It was a pleasure knowing Mary! We send prayers to Carl and family, during this extremely difficult time. I plan to have a White Castle burger in Mary’s honor, as I was lucky enough for her to share her memories around White Castle. God bless! Kelly
