Obituary

Joseph Allen Anderson, born on January 5, 1957, in Trenton, passed away peacefully on March 26, 2025, in Wyandotte, at the age of 67.

Joseph was a man who cherished the simple pleasures in life. His love for the great outdoors often found him hunting or casting a line while fishing. He delighted in spending time at campgrounds with his beloved wife Teresa and their cherished grandchildren. He loved going to auctions and spending time in the barn working on cars and watching NASCAR. Since his wife Teresa’s passing, Joseph and his daughter Ashley became each other’s rock. These moments brought him immense joy and lasting memories.

Joseph was preceded in death by his loving wife, Teresa Anderson; his parents, Joseph and Shirley Anderson; his sister, Judy Anderson; and Aunt Pat.

He leaves behind a legacy of love and family through his children, Ashley Anderson and Jason Worley, and his treasured grandchildren, Katelyn Worley and Andrew Worley. Joseph is also survived by his siblings, Claude Anderson, Bobby Anderson, Marty Anderson, and Norma Anderson; along with Aunt Pug, who held a special place in his heart.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Monroe Humane Society, reflecting Joseph's compassion and care for all living creatures.

Joseph will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Condolences
