Loving father of Cindy Carter, Daryl (Lori) Jamieson, Wendy (Norm) Davidson, Angela (Rusty) Cockerham and the late Arthur Carter, Jr. Dear grandfather of 17 and great-grandfather of 11. He is also survived by his brothers Joe O’Grady and Wendell Carter and his sister Laura Jane Carter.
