Obituary
James Allen Cutshall Sr., a beloved father, grandfather, and brother, passed away on September 12, 2025, in Trenton, Michigan, at the age of 73. Born on May 10, 1952, in Maryville, Tennessee, James was the cherished son of the late James and Virginia Cutshall.
James dedicated 35 years of his life to his work at UAW, where he was known for his hard work and commitment. Throughout his life, he touched the lives of many with his steadfast presence and gentle spirit.
He is preceded in death by his beloved daughter, Kristen Cutshall. James leaves behind a loving family to cherish his memory, including his children, James (Cassandra) Cutshall and Chad Cutshall. He was the proud grandfather to Courtney, Madison, Mickey, Nathan, Brayden, Eliana, and Koambree. He is also survived by his sisters Beth, Linda, and Sandra (Jerry) Sheppard.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the University of Michigan in his honor. James will forever be remembered with love and fondness by all who knew him.
