Obituary
Patricia Ann Canejo, who was temporarily residing at Edsel Estate Senior Residence, passed away surrounded by the love of her family. She will be remembered for her kind heart, creative spirit, and the joy she found in the simple moments spent with those she loved most.
Patricia was the beloved mother of Kathryn Canejo-Niesen (Curtis) and Joe Canejo. She was a proud and devoted grandmother to Eric (Tina) Niesen, Laura (Anthony) McCoy, Alex (Katie) Canejo, and Cullen (Devon) Canejo. Her legacy continues through her cherished great-grandchildren: Jack, Gideon, Evelyn, Casey, Samuel, Grady, and one precious great-grandchild on the way.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Joaquim Canejo; her parents, Frederick and Elizabeth Marks; and her sister, Judy Marshall.
Patricia found happiness in life’s creative and peaceful pleasures. She loved crafting and painting, enjoyed watching birds, and treasured every opportunity to spend time with her family. Her warmth, creativity, and love will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all who knew her.
In accordance with the family’s wishes, all services will be private.
