Obituary
Richard Edward Carron, born on October 23, 1955, in Detroit, Michigan, passed away at the age of 70 on October 27, 2025, in Dearborn, Michigan. Richard was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend.
Richard was preceded in death by his cherished parents, John and Bernice Carron, and his children, Scott Carron and Michelle Carron and Grandson Michael Carron. He leaves behind his devoted wife of 43 years, Bernice Carron. Together, they built a loving family, including their children: James (Jennifer Gabert) Ramsey III, Beth (Jonathon) Jeffrey, and Maureen (James) Bowens.
He was a proud grandfather to Greggery, Brittany, Breanna, Devin, Collin, Brenden, Kaylee, Trevor, Hanna, and Michael Carron. Richard was eagerly anticipating the arrival of his first great-grandson.
Richard is also survived by his siblings, John (Pat) Carron, Jim (The late Maureen) Carron, Sue (The late Bill) Carron, Barbara Wantin, Robert (Joella) Carron, and Tom (Ryan) Carron. He will be fondly remembered by nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
He found joy in life’s simple pleasures, cheering for the Detroit Tigers and U of M Football, spending time with his family and grandchildren, and enjoying occasional visits to the casino.

Richard will be remembered for his kind heart, his unwavering love for his family, and his joyous spirit that touched everyone who knew him. May he rest in peace. Cremation will take place at "The Witness Crematory" located inside of Michigan Memorial Funeral Home
