DETLOR, Stephen R., age 64, of Lincoln Park, March 03, 2021. Beloved husband of Christine Detlor. Loving father of Stephanie (David) Rowland, Justin (Kayla) Detlor and Patience Detlor. Dearest grandfather of Cody, Serenity, Hunter, Brooklyn, Landon, Aubree and Destiny and great-grandfather of Alyvia and Avery. He is also survived by brothers David (Jean) Detlor, William (Barb) Detlor and his sister Sandy Detlor. He is preceded in death by his parents Robert and Carol Detlor and his brother Roger Detlor. His cremation took place at “The Witness Crematory” located inside of Michigan Memorial Funeral.

My dad, your brother David, just passed away in may. And it got me thinking about you and your family. I don't think anyone told me about your passing, although I had a stroke in 2022 and it is playing hell with my memory. Searching my name came up with a memorial for you. Now it seems like the whole side of my dad's family, his brothers, sister and parents, have all moved on from here, and it's sad. I miss Grandma and Grandpa and all you guys too. You were the funniest uncle Steve. Grandpa sure left a name that couldn't be easily forgotten, Detlor. Tell my pops I miss him and Grandpa Bob that I'm carrying his name proudly. Viva la familia.
