GARNER, Herbert W., age 73, of Carleton, December 05, 2020. Beloved husband of Linda Garner. Loving father of Herbert Garner, Benjamin (Rachel) Garner, Glen (Kat) Wolf, Terri Wolf, and Lisa Kertesz. Dearest grandfather of Sophia and Benjamin Garner, Glen Jr, Cassandra, Matthew and Eric Wolf, Sadie Thorne, and Zachary Davenport, and great-grandfather of Addy, Aliana and Summer Milby. He is survived by Jene (Leslie) DeGarmo and Ellen (Mike) Locke. He is preceded in death by his parents, Herbert and Valerie Garner, and his sister, Adella.

I am so sorry for your loss! Herb was such a sweet caring man! He loved his family so much! I haven't been around in a while, but I treasure the memories I have shared with Herb and your family. Herb loved going to and being in car shows and I enjoyed being there with him and Linda! As many know he also enjoyed going to Flat Rock Speedway. I'm happy to have shared some of those memories with him. Herb was always helpful! He went with me once to buy a car to make sure I they didn't take advantage of me. He said he was my dad.
