GODLEY, Michael E., age 54, September 19, 2023. Beloved husband of Katrina Godley. Loving father of Julia Haynes. He is survived by Aunt Marybeth, Aunt Ruth, Uncle Michael, Uncle Patrick, and many cousins. He is preceded in death by his parents Eugene and Barbara Godley, his best dog Murphy, grandmother Mary Hylton, Aunt Katie, and Uncle Milton. Michael Loved sports, Red Wings and Michigan Football were his favorites! Go Blue! He loved the outdoors and his dog! He was the best sports dad and was Julia's loudest cheerleader! In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Karmanos Cancer Institute. His cremation will take place at “The Witness Crematory” located inside of Michigan Memorial Funeral Home.
