Dear grandfather of James, Candace, Kenneth Jr., David Jr., Jaclyn, Geoffrey, Christina, Danielle, Thomas and Timothy and great grandfather of 8. Dearest brother of Mary Cameron and Edith (Sam) Brown. He was preceded in death by his son Edward Hawkins Jr., his parents Eddie and Mary Hawkins and his brothers James and Melvin Hawkins.
