HOWE, Phylliss J., age 88, of Tecumseh, June 24, 2016. Beloved wife of the late Samuel Howe. Dearest mother of John (Janine) Howe, Diane Pacheco and Sandra (Kim) Meissner. Loving grandmother of 8 and great-grandmother of 15. She is also survived by her brother Vincent (Joann) Davies. She is preceded in death by her son David Howe and her son-in-law Vince Pacheco.
