Obituary
Richard Hilgert, age 60, of Beecher, Illinois, passed away after lung transplant surgery on Sunday March 17th, 2024. He was born on February 13th, 1964 in Chicago, Illinois.
Richard was a beloved husband and father, deeply devoted to family and his faith. Working as auto research analyst he had great interest in cars, loved music, pizza, and very committed to his family, showing much love and sharing dad jokes often. He touched the lives of many with his kindness, compassion, and wisdom. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who knew him.
Richard is survived by his loving wife, Lucy Hilgert, and much loved 5 children, Chris & (Adrienne), Alyssa, Kevin & (Claire), Richard Jr., and Gabrielle & (Anton), his 2 cherished grandchildren Audrey and Sorin, and younger brother Russel.
