Au Revoir Mon Père!!!! Todd Robert Harrison
He had a dazzling smile that would light up the room whenever he entered. He was gentle, patient, slow to anger, and good humored. He loved cars, the Statler Brothers, Nutter Butters, cheap beer, sailboats, renovating houses, and, during the year he lived and worked in China, listening to Madonna’s Immaculate Collection CD to ease his homesickness. He was an engineer at Ford Motor Company and led the team that developed the Venturi carburetor that appeared on the cover of Popular Science during the energy crisis in the 1970s. He was humble to a fault and we didn’t learn until we were adults how far he had gone with a simple 2-year drafting degree from SUNY-Morrisville. He was our dad, and we miss him so much. Kristen Harrison
My brother in law for 57 years who shared his love and support with my sister, Susie. In all those years, Rob’s smile was omnipresent. He treated me more like family than just in-law.
I miss him now and always will. John Brown
