Obituary

Sandra Carol Jenkins, born June 17, 1954, in Detroit, Michigan, passed away on May 9, 2026, in Dundee, Michigan, at the age of 71. She lived a life rich with love and cherished moments, leaving behind a legacy of warmth and affection.

Sandra was a devoted mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. Her passions were many, as she found joy in shopping and traveling, always eager for a new adventure or the latest fashion find. Sandra had a special fondness for horseback riding, a hobby that brought her great happiness over the years.

Her nurturing spirit extended to her family, whom she adored deeply. She was a loving mother to her daughter, Casey Linge, and a doting grandmother to Elizabeth, Erin, Gamper, Evelyn, and Asher. Sandra's grandchildren held a special place in her heart, and she spent countless treasured moments with them. Her love also extended to her pets, who were her loyal companions providing her with comfort and joy.

Sandra was known for her impeccable style, taking great pleasure in getting her nails done, a small yet meaningful ritual that left her feeling renewed and confident.

She was preceded in death by her beloved parents, William and Jeraldine Williams, and her son-in-law, Gamper Linge. Her memory will be cherished by those who survive her, including her sisters, Debbie Stosick and Jodi Hudson.

Sandra will be remembered for her generous spirit, her love for her family, and her zest for life. Her sarcasm and laughter will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

  • I met sandy at toledo powertrain.I believe she was driving a red Trans.Am at the time. We never actually worked in the same department but would talk through casual conversations in the aisle, after we both retired, we kept in touch through facebook, and also when she had her job in the monroe mall.I believe at verizon she asked me to keep her in my prayers, because she had cancer, she beat that diagnosis and was living a nice life when she contacted me again and say that cancer had come back.I believe in a different form.I don't really remember. Godspeed Sandy and prayers for your families Mike Sperling
