KISER, Louis C., age 34, of Flat Rock, March 14 2013. Beloved husband of the Jessica. Loving father of Anna and Thomas Kiser and step-father to Hannah and Chance Miller. Dearest son of Darryl and Karen Kiser. He is also survived by his sister Stephanie Kiser, his uncle Wayne (Carol) Kiser and his cousins Jason, Justin and Jessica.
