MANLEY, Richard E., age 97, of Carleton, November 26, 2023. Beloved husband of the late Caroline Manley. Loving father of Rodney Manley. Dearest grandfather of Jessie and Amber and great-grandfather of Wyatt. He is also survived by sister Minnie (the late Ken) Moore. He is preceded in death by his son Richard Manley, his parents James and Dixie Manley, his sister Della and his brothers Ernest, James, Max and Bob.
