Obituary

Tina Marie Mitchell, born March 27, 1966 in Wyandotte, Michigan, went to rest on April 29, 2026.

Preceded in death by her daughter, Amanda and her parents Wayne and Nancy Keilman. Tina leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories. She is survived by her beloved husband Don, her daughter Angela (Mike) South and son Ronnie “Bubba” Lashlee. Her grandchildren, Austin Rourk and Luna Lashlee. Bonus mom to DJ, Bruce and Val. She also leaves behind her brother David Keilman as well as many extended family members and friends who will miss her dearly.

Tina was a devoted wife who shared 30 years with her husband Don, and a woman whose life was a testament to love, kindness, and selflessness. Her heart was as expensive as her interests, which included a deep affection for animals. Especially her cherished fur baby Gizmo. Tina found solace and happiness in nature, tending to her garden and flowers with such care and dedication, which was a true testament of how she was in life. She treasured her family and adored her grandchildren. To know her was to love her and she will be carried forward in spirit and fond memories.

A celebration of Tina’s life will be held at a later date, where family and friends will gather to honor and remember the beautiful soul she was.

Condolences

  • My condolences to don, angela. Ronnie and Tina family. I will forever cherish our 50 + years of friendship.until we meet again my friend. You will be missed ❤️ My sweet bestie
  • Tina was the first friend I met at school where it extended outside of school—and our first outing was a circus that her Dad and Mom took us too. We retouched a couple years ago and I found out what strength and conviction she had and everything she found her way through. Her heart seemed full. Her heart was as full as her plate. Deepest sympathy to all of her family and friends who’ve been by her side in life. Rest in Peace Dear Tina. Debbie Edwards-Millwr
  • I spent quite a bit of my childhood with Tina. So many happy memories. Happy that we remained in touch over the years. Rest easy, my friend Barrie Ganzberger
